The Uprise Herbs offers Ayurvedic and herbal supplements for wellness support. However:

3. ORDERS AND BILLING
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Timeline: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery time across India is 5-7 business days.
- Delays: We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the working days.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it. Contact our support team immediately.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Due to the nature of our products (health and consumable goods), we generally do not accept returns once the product seal is opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Replacements: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/images. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including The Uprise Herbs and Powerzen), button icons, images, and software, is the property of The Uprise Herbs and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
