At The Uprise Herbs, we are committed to delivering your premium Ayurvedic products safely and on time. Because our products come in premium glass jars to preserve their potency, we take extra precautions during packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Weekends: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINES
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.
- Standard Delivery: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to J&K, North East India, and remote rural areas may take an additional 2-3 days depending on courier accessibility.
3. FRAGILE PACKAGING & SAFETY
We take packaging seriously. Since our Powerzen powder comes in a premium glass jar, we use specialized multi-layer protective packaging:
1. Seal Check: Ensuring the jar is airtight and sealed.
2. Bubble Wrap: Multiple layers of high-grade bubble wrap to absorb shock.
3. Secure Box: Placed in a sturdy, corrugated cardboard box to prevent movement during transit.
4. Fragile Labeling: All packages are marked "Fragile" to ensure careful handling by courier staff.
4. SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹250 applies to all COD orders.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. DAMAGES & ISSUES (IMPORTANT)
Despite our best efforts with protective packaging, glass items can occasionally be damaged during rough transit.
- If your package arrives damaged: Please do not accept a package if the box is visibly crushed or leaking.
- If you find damage after opening: Please take a video or photo of the broken product immediately and email it to us at [Insert Support Email] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will immediately ship a free replacement for any item verified as damaged during transit. No questions asked.
