At The Uprise Herbs, we are committed to providing premium quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products (consumable health and wellness goods), we maintain a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY

- General Rule: We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once sold.

- Why? As our products are consumable herbal formulations, we cannot accept returns due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for "change of mind" or "taste preference" after an order has been delivered.

2. EXCEPTION: DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

We take utmost care in packaging our glass jars safely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product (broken glass/leakage) or the wrong item, we will issue a free replacement.

Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video To be eligible for a replacement for a damaged or missing item, you MUST provide a continuous Unboxing Video.

Video Guidelines:

1. Start Before Opening: The video must start showing the package sealed from all sides before you open it.

2. No Cuts/Edits: The video must be continuous without any pauses or cuts.

3. Show the Damage: You must clearly show the shipping label and the damage to the product (broken glass, seal tampering, or leakage) in the video.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: No Unboxing Video = No Replacement. We strictly cannot entertain claims of damage or missing items without video proof. This is to prevent fraudulent claims.

3. HOW TO CLAIM A REPLACEMENT

If your product is damaged, follow these steps immediately:

1. Record: Film the unboxing video as described above.

2. Report: Send the video and your Order ID to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Resolution: Once our team reviews and verifies the video, we will dispatch a brand new replacement to you free of cost within 24-48 hours.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

- You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

- Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- If a cancellation is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
